Merge Down

4. Open the vase with flowers-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 50%
Place it as shown
I found it a bit too fat, so with the 'K' tool
I dragged it in a bit-Press M to deselect

5. Drop Shadow

6. Open the Deco tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place at the bottom
Please Note:
If you use your own flowers
Set your selection tool to Circle
and draw a circle around the flower of your choice
Promote Selection to Layer
Then keep duplicating until you have a row

7. Open the Deco1-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place them in the middle of the black flowers background

8. Open the Lady Tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place her to the left
