Plugins Used
Filter Forge 11 (optional)
If you don't have Filter Forge,
I have added the background in the material zip

1.  Open a New Image 1024x750
Open your Filter Forge and choose any of the colour balls
I chose the first one
Click Apply

Note:  If you don't have Filter Forge, start at no. 7

2.  With your Selection Tool, go around the half ball and click delete
Select None

3. Objects-Align-Center in Canvas

4.  To get the perfect seamless tiling
Edit-Copy that layer
Paste as New Image
Copy

5.  Back to the first Image
New Raster Layer
Select All-Paste into Selection
Select None

6. Effects-Image Effects
Seamless Tiling-Default
(you can delete the first raster layer with the ball)

NOTE: For the ones, that didn't use Filter Forge,
Open up the Background-Copy
On your New Image 1024x750
Select All-Paste Into Selection
Selec None

7.  Open the Abstract Flower background-Copy

8.  Back to main image-New Raster Layer
Select All
Paste into Selection
Select None

9.  Set that layer to Overlay and Opacity 85%

10, Open your misted background-Copy

11. Back to Image and Paste as New Layer
Push it up a bit and set the Opacity to 85%
This is what you should have

12. Open up the bird-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place it to the right and bottom

13.  Add a White Border
(I used the script Border with Drop Shadow)

Add your watermark and Save As .JPG
