Gradient Foreground/Background

1. Open a New Image 1000x750
Fill with the gradient
Select All

2. Open the Dragon lady image-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None

3. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling-Side by Side


4. Effects-Art Media Effects-Brush Strokes

5. Effects-Distortion Effects-Polar Coordinates
Effects-Image Effects-still in memory
Duplicate

6. Effects-Flaming Pear-Flood

7. With the Selection Tool with Feather 50 go around the top (cave) until you get to the water-Press Delete

8. Back to Raster 1
Effects-Geometric Effects-Spherize
Then Effects-Geometric Effects-Circle

Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize to 75% and place in the middle

11. With your Selection Tool set to feather 50
Go around the bottom of the dragon and press delete twice

12. Open your Dragon Lady-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 75% and place bottom left

13. Open the Egg-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 3 times 75%
Place on the bottome right
Set to Luminance

14. Add Borders 5 Foreground Colour
Add Borders 50 Background Colour

15. Effects-AAA Fotoframe

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
If you want to give it a colour pop, 
use Topaz Labs-Mild Colour Pop
