1. Open your background-Copy

Select All

4. Duplicate
VM Distortion-Radiator

5. Murameister-Perspective Tiling
With the Magic Wand set to 40 feather, 
click in the empty space and click delete 3 or 4 times
Merge Down 

6.  New Raster Layer
Preset shape Arrow to make a fence or choose your own
Draw the shape
Image-Free Rotate-90 Left
Convert to Raster Layer and move to the left

7. Click inside the Arrow with the Magic Wand-Feather Nil
And fill with your Gradient
Select None

8. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel

9. Effects-Reflection-Feedback

11. Open up your flower deco-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place on one of the circles
Duplicate twice and place on differ14ent areas

12.  Open the Cherry Blossom-Copy
Paste as New Layer on your image
Resize 75% twice

13.  Merge Visable Layers

15. Open up your lady tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place to the bottom left

16.  Drop Shadow

17. Merge Visable
Add Borders 5 Black
Add Borders 5 foreground colour
Add Borders 5 Black


Add your watermark and save as .JPG
