Open your tubes and minimise

1 Open a New Image 1024x750

2. Open Filter Forge 11 and click Apply
If you don't have Filter Forge, I've added the background

3. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling

4.  Image-Duplicate

5.  Filter Factory M- Loom-Default

6.  Medhi-Sorting Tiles

7. Effects-Distortion Effects-Displacement Map

8. Press the K key on your keyboard and 
move that layer up to the middle
Press M on your keyboard

9. Open your tubes and place them as in my picture
Of course you can place them anywhere else if you want
Or use your own tubes.
If you use the King of Diamonds pic, put it in 'Hard Light'

10. Give them all a Drop Shadow

11. Once your happy with it
Add a Black Border 10

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
