Tramages Tow the Line
Murameister Perspective
AAA Foto frame

Place the mask in your mask folder

Open your landscape, woman and vase and minimise

Set your foreground to white and background to black
Make a gradient foreground


Open a new image 1000x800
and fill it with the gradient

Duplicate it twice
Close the top one and on the first duplicate use Tramages Tow the Line 
Go to Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance-Twice

New Raster Layer
Select All
Restore your landscape and copy it
Back to your image
Paste into Selection-Select None
Move it up a bit

Open up the top duplicate and stay there
Go to Murameister Perspective

Duplicate and move down a bit
Merge down
Add Drop Shadow

Open your woman tube and copy
Paste as new image
Place at bottom right
Drop shadow

New Raster Layer
Fill with white colour
Layers-Load/Save Mask
And choose tow the line
Merge Group

Effects-Distortion Effects
Polar Coordinates
Image-Free Rotate
Move this layer below the woman 
and place behind her head
With your Pick tool, make it a bit larger.

Open your vase and remove watermark, copy
Back to image and paste as new layer
Move it to the left
I resized it to 60%
Add same drop shadow as before

When you're happy with everything
Go back to copy of raster one
The Tow the Line one and edit-copy
Merge All

Image-Add Borders- 5 Black
Select All-Add Borders 50 White
Invert
Paste into Selection
Causian Blur
Select None

Effects-Fotoframe

Add your watermark and finish as JPG
