Filter Forge11
(if you don't have FF, I'll add the effect backgrounds in the zip)

Open up the tubes

Open the main background-Copy

1. Open a New Image 1024x750
Select All-Paste into Selection
Select None

2. Duplicate Twice
On the first duplicate go to FilterForge
Apply
Set this layer's opacity to 80

3. On the second duplicate (top)
Filter Forge
Set this layer to Multiply

4. Open up the Dragons-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize to 50%
Move it to the middle and up

5. Open up the flowers tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize to 50% Twice
Place on the bottom left

6. Set your foreground to #212a44 and your background to #a97baa
Image Add Borders 5 with the foreground colours
Edit-Copy

7. Image Add Borders 5 with the background colours
Image Add Borders 5 with the foreground colours
Image Add Borders 50 White
With the Magic Wand-Feather Nil click inside the white border
Paste into Selection

8. While still selected-Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic Antique

9. Selection-Invert-Drop Shadow
Select None

10. Open your lady tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Image-Mirror-Mirror Horizontal
Resize to 140%
Place her at the bottom right

11. Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
