Set your foreground to black and your background to #69c795
gradient

1. Open a New Image 1024x750
Fill with the Gradient

2. Layers-New Raster Layer-Select All
Open the Misted Background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None

3. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling
Merge Down

4. Layers-New Raster Layer
Fill with Black
Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image-Choose 23.jpg
Merge Group
Duplicate-Set this layer to Opacity 50

5. Open up the Grand Palace
Layers-Load/Save mask
Load Mask From Disk
Choose the 20/20 Mask
Merge Group-Copy

6. Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 50 %
Move this below the first mask

7. Open up the lady tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize her 110%-Move her to the right
Drop Shadow

8. Image-Add Borders 5 Black-Copy
Set your foreground to Gradient-Metal Brass

9. Image-Add Borders 10 White
With the Magic Wand-Feather Nil-Click inside
Fill with the Gradient
Select None

10 Image-Add Borders-30 White
Click inside the white border
Paste into Selection
Adjust-Blur-Caussian Blur 10
Select None

11. Open up the lantern tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 50%-Place it to the left
Set Opacity to 90
Drop Shadow

11. Image-Add Borders 5 White
Click inside the white
Fill with the Gradient
Select None

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
