Paste as New Layer
Resize 75% Twice-Place to the right

5. Open the Lady Tube-Copy
Paste as New Layer
Move her to the left
Drop Shadow

6. Set your Foreground to Black and the Background to #30f0f5
Gradient

7. Image Add Borders 5 Black
Image Add Border 50 White
With the Magic Wand-Feathers 2-Click Inside
Fill with the Gradient
