Open the tubes
Set your foreground to Gradient

1. New Image 1024x750
Select All

2. Open the Card Background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None
Duplicate Twice

3. Close off the 2 bottom layers
On the top layer-Effects-Vanderlee-Barcode

4. Effects-Filters Unlimited-Transparency

5. Selections-Select All-Selections Float
Fill with the Gradient
Select None

6. Effect-3D Effect-Inner Bevel

7. Open the Layer below
Back to Top Layer-Merge Down

8. Effect-Geometric Effect-Horizontal Perspective

9. With the Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click inside the black-Delete
Selects None

10. Press the K button
From the right-push towards the middle
Press M
Move it also a bit to the left, so the left bevel doesn't show

11. Drop Shadow

12. Open the Bottom Layer
Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic Glass

13. Duplicate
Set this to Hard Light
Merge Down

15. Open the Lady Tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Image-Mirror-Mirror Horizontal
Move her to the right
Same Drop Shadow

16. Image-Add Borders 5 Black
Image-Add Borders 15 White
Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click inside the white border
Fill with the Gradient

17. Effects-Graphic Plus-Cross Shadow-Default
Select None

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
