1. New Image 1000x700
Select All

2. Open your background tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None
Image-Mirror-Mirror Horizontal

3. Art Media-Brushstrokes

4. Open the background tube again
Promote Background Layer
Layers-Load/Save Mask
Choose the 20/20 mask
Merge Group
Copy

5. Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place it to the left

6. Open up the misted street-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place it to the upper right
Set this layer to Hard Light and Opacity to 85

7. Open up the Spanish Dancer-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Image-Mirror-Mirror Horizontal
Place her in the middle

8. Image-Add Borders 5- Black
Image-Add Borders 50- #6d1e1a
With the Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click inside the 50 border

9. Effects-Plugin Galaxy-Bluuur
Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance
Select None

10. Promote Background to Layer
With the Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click inside the red border
Press Delete
Select None

You can use Nik's Colour Effex Pro, but not necessary

Add your watermark and save as .PNG
