Pick the Astatine effect
Select None
Set this Layer to 'Luminance'

If you're not using SBP: 
New Raster Layer-Select All
Copy the Mask with the effect and Paste into Selection
Select None

5. Effects-User Defined-Emboss3

6. With Selection Tool-Feather 1
Make a Selection on the right as Shown

7. While Selected-Go to Raster 1(background)
Promote Selection To Layer

8. Effects-Texture Effects-Mosaic Antique
Select None

9. Duplicate
Image-Mirror-Mirror Horizontal

10. Open the Candle-Copy
Go to the Top Layer
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 35%
Place it on the left as shown
