Select All

2. Open the Background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None

3. Selection-Rectangle Tool-Feather Nil
Make a Select on the Left from Top to Bottom

4. Promote Selection to Layer

5. Edit-Copy
Edit-Paste as New Image
Minimize this for now

6. Image-Add Borders 1-Black
Image-Add Borders 10-White

7. Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click inside the White Border
Fill with the Gradient
Keep Selected

8. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel
Select None

9. Image-Add Borders 1-Black
Image-Add Borders 60- #89c0b3

10. Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click inside the Outer Border

11. Effects-Texture Effects-Tiles
Select None

12. Image-Add Borders 1-Black
Image-Add Borders 10-White

13.Click inside the White Border
Fill with the Gradient
Same Inner Bevel
Select None

14. New Raster
Selection Tool-Rectangle
Make a Selection as shown below


15.Open up the cutout you saved before-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None

16. Effects-Distortion Effects-Wave
Make sure you're inside the gold border.
If not, use the K on the Keyboard to move it a bit
Press M on the keyboard

17. Image-Mirror-Mirror Vertical

18. Effects-Geometric Effects-Spherize

Depending how big or small you made it,
you might have to change this setting.

19. With the Delete Tool, 
erase some of the top right

20. Duplicate
Image-Mirror-Mirror Horizontal
Merge Down
Duplicate
Set this Layer to 'Overlay' and Opacity 65
Merge Down

21 Open the Lady Elf-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 65%
Place her to the right
Place her to the Layer below

22. Drop Shadow

23. Go to the Top Layer
Same Drop Shadow

Merge Visible

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
Resize to preference
