Open the Supplies

1. Open the tube in PSP.
Copy and paste the background as a new layer and move to the bottom.

2. Image / Canvas size 
(Increase the width by double and align image on the right.)

3.To the background layer,
Effects / Reflection effects / Rotating Mirror

4. Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur

5. Effects / Plugins / Mehdi / Sorting Tiles (You want your setting to have the diamond edges matching the image edges.)

6. Close the visibility on the tube layer.
With the Selection Tool, select the area as shown:
Promote the selection to its own layer.
Select / Select None

7. With the Pick Tool reduce the width of the promoted selection as shown

8. Objects / Align / Horizontal Center

9. Select / Select All
Effects / Plugins / Filters Unlimited 2 / Toadies / What Are You? (default setting)
Select / Select None

Effects / Edge Effects / Enhance

10. At this point, I suggest opening the visibility on the tube layer so you can make the following setting to
blend with the tube's coloring.

11. Change the layer mode of the Promoted Selection to DODGE. Adjust the opacity so the background is a
pleasing blend with the tube.
This is a "personal taste" adjustment. Here's what worked for me: (17)
Also, don't hesitate to reposition the tube to suit your taste. I did.

12. Position yourself on the bottom layer and add a raster layer.
Selection / Select all.
Copy the flower image and paste into the selection. 
Reduce the opacity to approximately 26%

13. Effects / Reflection effects / Rotating mirror

14. Add a new raster layer under the TUBE layer and flood fill with white.
Layers / Add a Mask Layer / From Image MASK-MD-041LY.
Merge Group

15. Duplicate layer and change the layer mode to Overlay with the opacity of 32% (or to your taste)
ALSO, play with the opacity of the Promoted Layer and the flowers. I did.

16. Open the butterflies.
Copy and paste them as a new layer. Position to suit your taste.

17. Spend some time to finalize the positions and opacity of each layer to suit YOU.

18. Position yourself on your bottom layer and "copy" for future use.

19. Go to bottom of layers and add 2 raster layers.

20. Image / Canvas Size Increase all sides by 2 pixels.

21. Flood fill the second layer with white or a light color.
Position yourself on the bottom empty layer.

22. Image / Canvas Size increase all sides by 50 pixels.

23. Select All
Paste your stored background into the selection.
Select None.

24. Adjust / Blur / Gaussian Blur to taste. I used 35.

25. At this stage you can tweak to suit to your own preference.

26. Add A Drop Shadow to the main tube if preferred.

Merge Visible

Add Your Watermark and save as .JPG
