2. New Raster Layer-Select All

3. Open the Lady and make a selection of her skirt
Select None
Copy

4. Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None

5. Effects-Image Effects-Seamless Tiling-Default

6. Image-Effects-Seamless Tiling-Side by Side

7. Merge Down

8. Effects-Reflection Effects-Rotating Mirror

9. Effects-User Defined-Emboss 3

10. Selection Tool-Rectangular-Feather 20
Make a Selection on the bottom as shown
Promote Selection to Layer

11. Adjust-Blur-Motion Blur
Select None
Merge Down

12. Open the Misted Background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 65%
Place it in the middle

13. Set your Foreground Colour to #9a6f2b
Background Colour to #cfb971

14. Image-Add Borders 4-Foreground
Image-Add Borders 4-Background
Image-Add Borders 4-Foreground

15. Edit-Copy
Image-Add Borders 40- White

16. Magic Wand-Feather 2
Click Inside the White Border
Edit-Paste Into Selection

16. Adjust-Blur-Caussian Blur
Select None

17. Image-Add Borders 4-Foreground

18. Open the Lady-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 80%
Place her in the middle

Merge All
