Fill with the Gradient
2. Adjust-Blur-Caussian Blur
3. New Raster Layer
Select All
4. Open the City background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None
5. Set it to 'Hard Light'
Opacity about 60
6. Press the K on the Keyboard
Pull it in to about half way
Press M on the Keyboard
7. New Raster Layer
Fill with Black
8. Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image
9. Image-Negative Image
Merge Group
10. Effects-Reflection Effects-Rotating Mirror
11. Press the K on the Keyboard
Drag it to about half way as Shown
Press M on the Keyboard

Click inside the inside of the rectangle
13. Open the Wanted Poster-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection

Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 80%
Place her as shown
19. Drop Shadow
Merge All
Add Your Watermark and save as .JPG
