Open your material

1. New Image 1024x750
Select All

2. Open the Background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None 

3. Effects-Artistic Effects-Contours

4. Effects-Reflection Effects-Rotating Mirror

4. Effects-Simple-4way Average

5. Adjust-Hue and Saturation-Vibrancy

6. New Raster Layer
Fill with Black

7. Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image
Merge Group

8. Set your Foreground to the Gradient
Selections-Select All-Selections- Float

9. Fill with the Gradient
Select None

10. Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel

11. Duplicate
And use the Inner Bevel again
Merge Down

12. Back to Raster 1-Edit-Copy

13. Select All
Image-Add Borders 6-any colour
Selection-Invert
Paste into Selection the raster 1 you copied
Select None

14. Effects-FU-Buttons and Frames

15. Open the Cabin-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place it in the middle
Set Opacity to about 85

16. Open the Little Elf-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 50%
If you use mine, Place it to the Left as Shown

Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 75%
