2. Set your Foreground to this Gradient

3. New Raster Layer
Fill with the Gradient

4. Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image
Merge Group

5. Effects-Distortion Effects-Punch

6. Effects-Texturizer-Canvas

7. Selection Tool-Rectangle-Feather 2
Make a Selection as Shown
Make sure you have the mode set to 'Add', then you can make two rectangles and it becomes one

8. New Raster Layer
Open the Background-Copy
Back to Image-Paste into Selection
Select None
Set this Layer's Opacity to about 75

9. Drop Shadow
Merge Down
Same Drop Shadow

10. Go to the Layer Below
New Raster Layer
Fill with the Gradient

11. Press the K on the keyboard
Pull it down to make a border as shown

12. Duplicate
Put this Layer above the Top Layer
Set Opacity to 50

13. Image-Add Borders-Symetric UNchecked

14. Pick your Paintbrush
Pick your favourite Divider Brush

Size about 550
and colour Black

Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
