This is a very simple one with only one tube and one mask

Material HERE

Outside Filters Used
Murameister Tone

Open your tube and the mask

Set your foreground to #573522 and Background to #d7ab65
Gradient Foreground/Background

1. Open a New Image 1000x750
Fill with the Gradient

2.  Murameister Tone

3. New Raster Layer
Fill with the background colour

4. Layers-New Mask Layer- Nikita Mask
Merge Group

5. Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance
Duplicate and Merge Down

6. Open your tube-remove watermark-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Move it to the middle
If you want, give it a drop shadow
I decided it didn't need it.

7. Image Add Borders 5 with the foreground colour
Image Add Borders 5 with the background colour
Image Add Borders 50 with the foreground colour
Image Add Borders 5 with the background colour

8.  Add your watermark and save as .JPG

AH, but are you ready to go a bit further?
I've added the Pandora Box script to the zip
Just add that to your Scripts-Restricted folder

9. With your saved .JPG open
Run your Pandora Script

10.  With your selection tool, carefully enclose the little middle one and click delete

11.  Once deleted, click with the magic wand in the empty space and then Promote Selection to Later

12.  While still selected, fill with the gradient.
Again use Murameister Tone effect
Select None

13.  Now with the free hand selection tool
Carefully enclosed the bottom
Promote that selection to layer
Select None

14.  Blur Caussian Blur

15. Duplicate that layer and Image-Mirror-Vertical

16.  Open your full sized tube and place in the middle
Add Drop Shadow

Add your watermark and Save as .JPG
