Put the Cathy's corner cfg in your Sinedots Presets Folder
Put the mqc Devil .jgd in your Gradients Folder
Open your tubes

Set your Foreground to #a38400 and your background to White
Gradient

1. Open a New Image 1000x750
Fill with the Gradient

2. Open the Taj Mahal-Copy
New Raster Layer-Select All
Paste the Taj Mahal into Selection
Select None

3. Adjust-Blur-Radial Blur

4. New Raster Layer
Effects-Dragonfly-Sinedots
Pick the cathy's transparent's cc9

5. Effects-Geometric Effects-Spherize

6. Effects-Geometric Effects-Circle
Duplicate and put the duplicated layer to 'Multiply'
Don't Merge Down

7. Open the lady tube-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Place her in the middle and down a bit

8. Drop Shadow

9. Open the goblet-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Move it to the left
With the K tool, pull it up a bit to make it taller
Press M
Duplicate it-Image Mirror-Mirror Horizontal
Merge Down and put the layer in 'Hard Light'

10 Add Borders 5 Black (or dark brown)
Edit-Copy

11. Add Borders 50 White
Click inside with the Magic Wand-Feathers Nil
Paste into Selection

12. Adjust-Blur-Caussian Blur

13. Effects-Artistic Effects-Halftone
Selections-Invert
Drop Shadow (still in memory)
Select None

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
