Set your foreground to White and background to Black
Gradient
(be careful to set your gradient like this, if you want the result like mine)

1. Open a New Image 1024x750
Fill with the gradient

2. Effects-Medhi-Sorting Tiles

3. Effects-Distortion Effects-Displacement Map

4. Effects-Reflection Effects-Rotating Mirror

5. Image-Mirror-Mirror Vertical

6. With the Magic Wand-Feather Nil
Click on the bottom middle-the light part
(might take a few goes) untill you get something like this

7, While selected-Drop Shadow
Select None

You should have something like this

8. Open the musical lady note-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New layer
Resize 50% once and 80% once
Place it on the right
Duplicate
Image Mirror-Mirror Horizontal
Merge Down

9 Open the rocker-Copy
Back to Image-Paste as New Layer
Resize 80%
Move him up a little bit

10. Open the musical note-Copy
Paste as New Layer
Move it in front of the Rocker

Merge Visible

Add your watermark and save as .JPG
