Medhi-Sorting Tiles
Alienskin-Impact-Perspective Shadow

A Plugin Site HERE

Place the alive_@quaPink gradient in
your MyPSPFiles gradient folder.
Double-click on the Eye Candy preset
 to install into Perspective Shadow.
Open all other materials in PSP.

Select two colors from your main tube.
I selected these:

Step 1
Open an image 900 x 600.
Flood fill with the gradient.

Step 2
Effects / Distortion Effects / Twirl  293°

Adjust / Blur / Radial Blur

Step 3
Effects / Plugins / Mehdi / Sorting Tiles

Step 4
Duplicate Layer

To the duplicate:
Effects / Plugins / Mehdi / Sorting Tiles
with these settings

Change the layer mode to Overlay
and reduce the Opacity to 50%
Merge Down.

Step 5
Open the background file (_4a8c44c...)
Copy

To your PSP image:
Paste as a new layer.
Do not reposition.

Duplicate the layer and close the visibility on the copy.
Activate the Raster 2 layer.

Layers / New Mask Layer / from Image  (Narah_mask_0722.jpg)

Mirror Horizontal
Merge Group.

Step 6
Open and Activate the Copy of Raster 2 layer

Layers / New Mask Layer / from Image  (Narah_mask_0722.jpg)
Merge Group.

Step 7
Copy and Paste the "cute turtle" tube as a new layer.
Name the layer "turtle"
Resize to 22%.
Sharpen if necessary.
Duplicate 3 times for a total of four "turtle" layers.
Close the visibility on the "turtle" layer.

The three visible turtle layers are going to become sparkling highlights.

Step 8
Move each of the three turtle copies into a position for pizzazz.  There is
no precision to this positioning.  Wherever you want your sparkles.
Here's where mine are positioned.
Merge the three layers into one.

Step 9
To the three turtles, apply
Effects / Texture Effects / Antique Mosaic

Duplicate the layer.
Set the top layer to Overlay mode at 52% opacity.
Set the under layer to Normal mode at 79% opacity.
[These settings are changeable to your taste.]

Step 10
Move your "Turtle" layer to the top of your layer palette and open visibility.
For the time being, place him in the lower left corner.
We'll come back to him, later.

This is what you should have, so far...

Step 11
At this stage, I thought I would like to bring out a little more strength in the butterflies and flowers of the background.
You may not want to with the tubes and images you have selected.
Here's what I did to pursue my desire of butterflies and flowers.

Open the background file (_4a8c44c...)
Copy

To your PSP image:
Paste as a new layer.
Do not reposition.

With the selection tool (freehand), I selected those elements of the background which I wanted to emphasize.
Promoted to a new layer and deleted the background file (_4a8c44c...) layer.
Selection / Select None

Move Turtle to the top.

Look good to you?  Now's when you want to make any adjustments to your image.
We're about to merge.   Oops, we don't want the turtle in there, yet... so...

Step 12
Copy and Paste your turtle as a new image and leave the image open in PSP for your future use.

Close the visibility on the Turtle.

Copy merged and paste as a new image and leave the image open in PSP for your future use.

Step 13
Back to your project image.
Image / Add Border / symmetrical - darker color, 2 pixels.
Add border, lighter color, 5 pixels.
Add border, darker color, 2 pixels.
Add border, lighter color, 20 pixels.
Add border, darker color, 2 pixels.
Add border, lighter color, 5 pixels.
Add border, darker color, 2 pixels.
Add border, lighter color, 30 pixels.
Add border, darker color, 2 pixels.

You should have these three images on your PSP screen...

Step 14
Working with your project image,
use the magic wand to select the two larger bands of the frame.

Add a new raster layer.
Copy the merged image you saved.
Paste it into the selection.
Keep selection.

Gaussian Blur - 10
Select / Select None
Adjust / Hue and Saturation / Hue-Saturation-Lightness

Step 15
Copy and paste your turtle as a new layer.
Place in the lower left of the image.

Duplicate the turtle.
To the under turtle layer apply AlienSkin/Eye Candy 5 Impact/Perspective Shadow.

Change this layer mode to Luminance (L).

Final Step

Copy and paste the water nymph as a new layer.
Mirror horizontally.
Position where you find appealing.

Watermark and save your image.
